Stat. tit. 52, § 52-611","heading":"Injunctions","body":"The Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma or any person\n\nentitled to institute proceedings or apply for a hearing under\n\nSection 8 of this act may in the name of the state bring an action\n\nin the district courts of this state for an injunction, enjoining\n\nand prohibiting any person from violating the provisions of this act\n\nor any order, rule or regulation of the Commission promulgated\n\npursuant to this act.
