Stat. tit. 52, § 52-63","heading":"Penalty for violations","body":"Any person, co-partnership, or corporation, its agent or\n\nemployee, violating any of the provisions of this article, or any\n\norder of the competent courts of this state, or the Corporation\n\nCommission, pursuant to the jurisdiction conferred by this article,\n\nshall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum of not less than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00), nor more than Five Thousand Dollars\n\n($5,000.00), or imprisonment for not less than six (6) months, nor\n\nmore than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment for each\n\nand every violation of this article; but in case the monthly runs or\n\ntakings or transportations of oil shall average so as to be without\n\ndiscrimination, as herein provided, the transactions of any\n\nparticular day, week, or portion of a month shall be disregarded;\n\nand the competent court of the county in which the omission or\n\ncommission which is a violation of this article, has occurred, shall\n\nhave jurisdiction of an action under the penal code for the\n\npunishment thereof; and said penalties shall not be exclusive of\n\ncivil liability.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3cc065661cf7b3c2f039bf5517daf9085626430eca21d234db747ff6a9d1d186","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-62","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-64"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
