Stat. tit. 52, § 52-8","heading":"Plat and information showing trunk lines - Filing with","body":"Corporation Commission.\n\nBefore any gas pipeline corporation shall acquire any right-of-\n\nway, or exercise the right of eminent domain within this state, or\n\nconstruct any pipelines for the transportation of gas, it shall file\n\nin the office of the Corporation Commission a plat showing in detail\n\nthe points in this state between which and the route along which its\n\ntrunk line is proposed to be constructed, the intended size and\n\ncapacity thereof, and the location and capacity of all pumping\n\nstations, gate valves, check valves and connections of all kinds on\n\nsaid trunk lines; and upon the demand of the Corporation Commission,\n\nit shall file a plat showing in detail all the lines owned or\n\noperated by it, with full information as to their capacity and size,\n\nlocation and capacity of its pumping station, gate valves, check\n\nvalves and connections of all kinds in existence.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d36b98d43dfd7d711e6a7bba12fe25b53b4d80d63d088e5d9c1ad5822782a53c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-704","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
