Stat. tit. 52, § 52-86.4","heading":"Common source of supply - Orders, rules and regulations","body":"The Commission is hereby empowered after notice of hearing to\n\nmake all such orders, rules and regulations applicable to each\n\ncommon source of supply as it may find to be necessary or proper and\n\nto make general orders, rules and regulations applicable alike to\n\nall common sources of supply in the state.
