Stat. tit. 52, § 52-87.4","heading":"Affidavit of election for drilling well under pooling","body":"order.\n\nAn affidavit evidencing any election for the drilling of a well\n\nunder a pooling order issued pursuant to the proceedings set out in\n\nsubsection (e) of Section 87.1 of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nshall constitute constructive notice of the rights under the\n\nelection claimed by the affiant when the affidavit is filed of\n\nrecord in the office of the county clerk for the county in which the\n\nlands described in the pooling order are located. The affidavit\n\nshall set out the name, address, if known, and election or deemed\n\nelection for each pooled respondent included in the affidavit and\n\nshall have a copy of the pooling order attached. The affidavit may\n\nbe filed by the operator designated in the pooling order or by any\n\nother interested party with knowledge of any election made.
