Stat. tit. 52, § 52-95","heading":"Reports - Quantity of oil produced and moved - Penalty","body":"The Commission shall by order require every operator in each\n\nprorated common source of supply to file periodically with it when\n\nand as often as required, and upon forms approved by it, reports\n\nwhich shall show (a) the quantity of oil produced, and the quantity\n\nof oil removed by each operator from his or its each lease or\n\nproperty in said common source of supply, and unless otherwise\n\nprovided by rule or regulation of the Commission, from his or its\n\neach well in said common source of supply, and (b) the amount of oil\n\nrun to storage, delivered to common carrier, or to a purchaser or\n\ntransporter through the operator's own pipeline, and, in the latter\n\ncase to what destination, and the name or names of the person or\n\npersons purchasing or taking such oil, and which shall contain such\n\nfurther information as may be required by the Commission.\n\nIf any operator shall fail or refuse to file any report or\n\nreports required by this section or by any order, rule or regulation\n\nof the Commission made in pursuance of this section, in addition to\n\nthe other penalties provided for in this act for such violation, the\n\nCommission may by its order require that said operator shall\n\ndiscontinue to produce any oil from any leasehold, property or well\n\nwith respect to which such operator has failed or refused to make\n\nand file such report, until he or it shall have filed same; provided\n\nwhen any such operator shall have filed with the Commission any such\n\nreport or reports as required by this section, or any order, rule or\n\nregulation of the Commission, the Commission shall permit such\n\noperator to produce his or its well or wells, theretofore shut down\n\nby such order of the Commission, so as to recover and make up the\n\noil that such operator would have been lawfully entitled to produce\n\nduring the period such well or wells were shut down, if the order of\n\nthe Commission requiring him or it to discontinue or reduce\n\nproduction of oil therefrom until such report or reports were filed\n\nhad not been made.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"655ba2fbf55f9ff2dd021fd3bae25b8cc0227aeb4e7a94f171f9dd96b98941b8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-94","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-96"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
