Stat. tit. 52, § 52-99","heading":"Filing of papers and documents - Use as evidence","body":"When under any provision of this act or of any order, rule or\n\nregulation made in pursuance of this act, any petition, motion,\n\nreturn, pleading, report, statement, map or drawing is required to\n\nbe filed with the Commission, the same shall be deemed to be filed\n\nwhen filed with the Secretary of the Commission. Duplicate copies\n\nof all reports, statements, maps or drawings shall also be filed\n\nwith the Proration Umpire. The original or any copy of any such\n\nreports, maps, drawings, statements or other documents duly\n\ncertified by the Secretary of the Commission, when the contents\n\nthereof are material to the issues involved, shall be competent and\n\nadmissible in evidence in any proceedings and hearings therein\n\nbrought or had under the provisions of Section One (1) to Thirteen\n\n(13), inclusive, of this act; and any such original or certified\n\ncopy thereof shall, in any proceeding upon complaint or prosecution\n\nas for contempt against any person for violation of this act or of\n\nany order, rule or regulation of the Commission, be competent and\n\nadmissible in evidence to establish admissions against interest made\n\nby any defendant or defendants to such complaint or prosecution who\n\nfiled or caused to be filed such report, map, drawing, statement or\n\nother document.","path":["OK Code","Title 52"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os52.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"066fc3ac37d20223680cff8cd3116b6aa0c6a16bd9f331dd338c5e555cfd0ff7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-52-52-98","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-53-53-1.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
