Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.10a","heading":"Oklahoma Historical Society Capital Improvement and","body":"Operations Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Historical Society, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Historical Society Capital Improvement and Operations\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Oklahoma Historical Society and apportioned to such fund\n\npursuant to the provisions of Sections 1353 and 1403 of Title 68 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes and such other monies accredited to the fund\n\npursuant to law.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society for the purpose of maintaining and operating the\n\nOklahoma Historical Society functions, capital improvements and for\n\noperation of historic sites.\n\nC. No monies from this revolving fund shall be transferred for\n\nany purpose to any other state agency.
