Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.12a","heading":"Gifts, devises, bequests, money or real or personal","body":"property - Deposit in special agency account.\n\nAll gifts, devises, bequests, money or property, either real or\n\npersonal, which may be or which heretofore have been conditionally\n\ntendered to the Oklahoma Historical Society may be deposited in the\n\nagency special account established for the Society in accordance\n\nwith Section 7.2 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
