Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.15","heading":"Certified copies of records, papers and documents - Fees","body":"for certificates.\n\nThe Executive Director, or an authorized designee, of the\n\nHistorical Society is authorized to make certified copies of any and\n\nall records, papers or other documents, including excerpts and parts\n\nof all of any newspaper or file, and papers and archives held by\n\nsaid society in trust for the United States Government, and such as\n\nmay by him or her be certified and attested and the seal of the\n\nHistorical Society affixed thereto, shall be received in evidence in\n\nall the courts of this state and have the same force and effect as\n\nthe original would when introduced in evidence; provided, that when\n\nsuch certificates are made for the United States Government, or any\n\nof its officers, to be used in evidence in behalf of the United\n\nStates Government, or any of its agencies, such certificate shall be\n\nmade without fee or charge, and the same as to the State of Oklahoma\n\nand its agents, but in all other instances fees for such certificate\n\nshall be paid by the party applying therefor in such amount as\n\nallowed by law to the Secretary of State for such certification, and\n\nwhen such fee is not fixed by law it shall be a reasonable charge to\n\nbe fixed by the Board of Directors of said Society.
