Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.16","heading":"Union soldiers' room - Purpose - Custodian - Agreements","body":"as to contents.\n\nThe Union Soldiers' Room in the Oklahoma Historical Society is\n\nhereby set aside as a memorial to the soldiers and sailors and\n\nothers who supported the side of the Union in the Civil War, and a\n\ncustodian is hereby provided who shall be a Union Soldier, or the\n\nwidow of a Union Soldier, or the descendant of a Union Soldier.
