Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.6a","heading":"Seasonal employees","body":"The Oklahoma Historical Society may employ seasonal employees\n\nthroughout the calendar year. Project labor employed by the\n\nOklahoma Historical Society for a period of time necessary to\n\ncomplete a project shall be in the unclassified service of the state\n\nas provided by the Oklahoma Personnel Act. Such employees shall not\n\nbe entitled to paid leave, paid holidays, retirement, health, dental\n\nor life insurance, and shall be exempt from any laws, rules or\n\npractices providing for such benefits.\n\nThe Oklahoma Historical Society shall include in its annual\n\nbudget request a summary of the use of project labor which shall\n\ninclude the number of workers employed under the provisions of this\n\nsection and the total wages paid to these employees.","path":["OK Code","Title 53"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os53.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d907c885a4b7ac35bf0640966689eee269defb20b66278312ba13ea958b3bbc2","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-53-53-1.6","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-53-53-1.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
