Stat. tit. 53, § 53-169.1","heading":"Irrevocable endowment for nonconforming collection","body":"items.\n\nThe Oklahoma Arts Council may, at its discretion, contract with\n\nother state agencies and/or nonprofit organizations to create an\n\nirrevocable endowment with associated management and administration\n\ncosts to trade, sell or barter donated and deaccessioned collection\n\nitems that do not conform to collection policies of the Oklahoma\n\nArts Council.
