Stat. tit. 53, § 53-2.1","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"No person shall willfully or knowingly break, break off, crack,\n\ncarve upon, write, or otherwise mark upon, or in any manner damage,\n\ndestroy, mutilate, deface, mar, take or harm any historic or\n\nprehistoric site, building, object, artifact, fossil or material in,\n\naround or upon any historic site owned, operated, managed or under\n\nthe control of or under an easement granted to the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society.
