Davis Memorial Commission shall be composed of five\n\n(5) members to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and\n\nconsent of the Senate for terms of four (4) years.\n\nB. The current members of the Commission shall serve the\n\nremainder of the term for which they were appointed.\n\nC.
