Davis\n\nMemorial Commission, which may be expended for small authorized\n\nexpenses of the Commission. The amount of the petty cash fund shall\n\nbe Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and the J.M. Davis Memorial\n\nCommission is authorized to prescribe forms, systems and procedures\n\nfor its administration.
