There is hereby created the Oklahoma Historic Preservation\n\nReview Committee, in compliance with the National Historic\n\nPreservation Act of 1966, (P.L. 89-665) as amended, and regulations\n\npromulgated thereunder. The Review Committee shall consist of at\n\nleast five (5) members, and shall include at least one recognized\n\nprofessional in each of the following disciplines: History,\n\narcheology, architecture and architectural history. Nonprofessional\n\ncitizens may be appointed to the Review Committee, but a majority of\n\nthe members shall be professionals. The professional members of the\n\nReview Committee shall meet the minimum qualifications required by\n\nfederal law.\n\nB. The Governor shall appoint the members of the Review\n\nCommittee, who shall serve at the Governor's pleasure.\n\nC.
