There is hereby created a \"State Register of Historic\n\nPlaces\".\n\nB. The State Historic Preservation Officer, in consultation\n\nwith the Oklahoma Historic Preservation Review Committee, shall\n\nestablish a listing of sites, districts, structures, buildings,\n\nareas or objects above or below the surface of the earth whether on\n\nland or in the waters of the state, together with any designated\n\nimprovements thereon, significant in the history, architecture,\n\narcheology, or culture of the state, its communities or the nation.\n\nSuch listing shall constitute the Oklahoma State Register of\n\nHistoric Places. All historic places within the state listed on or\n\nnominated to the National Register before or after this act becomes\n\nlaw shall be deemed to be listed in the State Register.\n\nC. The State Historic Preservation Officer, with the advice of\n\nthe Review Committee, shall establish the procedures and the\n\ncriteria for listing in the State Register.\n\nD.
