The Oklahoma Historical Society shall adopt rules\n\nestablishing the Heritage Preservation Grant Program including, but\n\nnot limited to, eligibility criteria, the application process, and\n\ngrant award amounts.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Historical Society Board of Directors shall\n\ncreate weighted criteria to evaluate each application based on the\n\npotential for project sustainability, the impact on the scope of\n\ncollections, public participation, and programming possibilities.\n\nC. Oklahoma Historical Society staff shall evaluate each\n\napplication based on the weighted criteria and adherence to program\n\nrequirements that include, but are not limited to, geographical\n\nbalance, local financial match, and the existence of a strategic\n\nplan for the applicant organization, tribal division or governmental\n\ndepartment.
