The President of the Oklahoma Historical Society Board of\n\nDirectors shall appoint an Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant\n\nReview Committee for the purpose of reviewing all grant\n\napplications. The committee shall consist of five (5) to seven (7)\n\nmembers.\n\nB. The committee shall meet on a schedule to be established by\n\nthe Oklahoma Historical Society Board of Directors.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant Review Committee\n\nshall be provided the Oklahoma Historical Society staff evaluations\n\nof each application along with staff recommendations.\n\nD. The final recommendations of the Oklahoma Heritage\n\nPreservation Grant Review Committee shall be presented to the\n\nOklahoma Historical Society Board of Directors for action.\n\nE. The Oklahoma Historical Society Board of Directors shall\n\nhave the duty of awarding Heritage Preservation Grants to entities\n\nunder the provisions of this act.\n\nF. Each member of the Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant\n\nReview Committee shall serve without compensation except that each\n\nmember of the Committee shall receive reimbursement for travel\n\nexpenses in accordance with the State Travel Reimbursement Act,\n\nSection 500.1 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nG. The meetings of the Oklahoma Historical Society Board of\n\nDirectors shall be subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Section\n\n301 et seq. of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the Oklahoma\n\nOpen Records Act, Section 24A.1 et seq. of Title 51 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nH.
