There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the\n\nHeritage Preservation Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies deposited into the fund by law, gift,\n\ndonation, grant, or Oklahoma Historical Society Board of Directors\n\nallocation.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society for the purpose of providing grants for the\n\ncollecting, preserving, and sharing of Oklahoma heritage pursuant to\n\nthe Heritage Preservation Act and to support and maintain the\n\nefforts of this act. Monies accruing to the credit of the fund may\n\nalso be used for direct costs of administering the provisions of the\n\nHeritage Preservation Act.\n\nC.
