There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Historical Society, on behalf of the Will\n\nRogers Memorial, to be designated the \"Will Rogers Memorial\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of all:\n\n1. Appropriations, gifts, donations, grants, admission fees,\n\nand any other monies received by the Oklahoma Historical Society\n\npursuant to this act; and\n\n2. Proceeds from outlet sales, unless the outlets are leased as\n\nprovided in Section 47.4 of this title in which case any payments\n\nreceived pursuant to any such lease shall be deposited in the\n\nrevolving fund.\n\nB. The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to\n\nfiscal year limitations and shall be under the administrative\n\ndirection of the Oklahoma Historical Society, on behalf of the Will\n\nRogers Memorial. The expenditure from the fund shall be used for\n\nexpenses relating to administration, duties, operations,\n\nmaintenance, special projects, and acquisitions for the Memorial and\n\nshall be made pursuant to law.\n\nC.
