Stat. tit. 53, § 53-47.6","heading":"Maintenance - Director and other employees – Purchases -","body":"Manager - Admission charges.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Historical Society, shall:\n\n1. Maintain the Will Rogers Memorial, and promulgate rules\n\nnecessary for the maintenance and operation thereof;\n\n2. Appoint a Director, who shall be in the unclassified\n\nservice, and other employees, and shall fix their duties and\n\ncompensation not otherwise prescribed by law; and\n\n3. Make administrative decisions governing the type, nature,\n\nand propriety of all purchases made by the Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety on behalf of the Will Rogers Memorial.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Historical Society may appoint a Manager, who\n\nshall be in the unclassified service, and may fix the duties of the\n\nManager and compensation not otherwise prescribed by law.\n\nC.
