Stat. tit. 53, § 53-5.2a","heading":"Sale of surplus property","body":"The Oklahoma Historical Society is authorized to sell surplus\n\nproperty at fair market value as determined by the Board of\n\nDirectors of the Oklahoma Historical Society. The process for the\n\nsale and transfer of title shall originate with the Board. The\n\nOklahoma Historical Society shall be exempt from Section 62.1 et\n\nseq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the purpose of selling\n\nsurplus property.
