Stat. tit. 53, § 53-503","heading":"Oklahoma Civil Rights Trail Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the “Oklahoma\n\nCivil Rights Trail Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies deposited to the fund by law, as well as gifts,\n\ndonations, and private, state, and federal funds. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of such fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Historical Society for the\n\npurpose of providing financial assistance for the preservation of\n\nthe Oklahoma Civil Rights Trail.
