The Corridor shall be a cooperative program administered by\n\nthe Oklahoma Historical Society to focus resources on the shared\n\ntheme of Buffalo Soldiers within a fixed geographical area.\n\nB. The Corridor shall be a private-public partnership between\n\nfederal, state, county, municipal, tribal, nonprofit organizations,\n\nand private individuals who share the responsibility for preserving\n\nand promoting the story of the Buffalo Soldiers.\n\nC. All participating communities and organizations shall share\n\na common heritage of the African-American soldiers who served their\n\ncountry in the military and contributed to the development of farms\n\nand ranches owned by the Freedmen of the Five Civilized Tribes, the\n\nAll-Black Towns of Oklahoma, and the Greenwood District of Tulsa.\n\nD. The Corridor, as administered by the Historical Society,\n\nshall encompass the following communities and sites: Tulsa, Cabin\n\nCreek, Fort Gibson, Honey Springs Battlefield, Muskogee,\n\nRentiesville, Taft, Grayson, Clearview, and Boley. Others along the\n\nCorridor will be encouraged to participate in the program.\n\nE. The partners in the Corridor, subject to funding, shall\n\nparticipate in events, programs, signage, and interpretive markers\n\nadministered by the Oklahoma Historical Society.\n\nF.
