There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the\n\n\"Buffalo Soldiers Heritage Corridor Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies deposited to the fund by law, as well as\n\ngifts, donations, and private, state, and federal funds designated\n\nfor the deposit thereto.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of such fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nHistorical Society for the purpose of providing for the programs and\n\ndirect costs of the Buffalo Soldiers Heritage Corridor.\n\nC.
