(a) Property is\n\npartnership property if acquired in the name of:\n\n(1) the partnership; or\n\n(2) one or more partners with an indication in the instrument\n\ntransferring title to the property of the person's capacity as a\n\npartner or of the existence of a partnership but without an\n\nindication of the name of the partnership.\n\n(b) Property is acquired in the name of the partnership by a\n\ntransfer to:\n\n(1) the partnership in its name; or\n\n(2) one or more partners in their capacity as partners in the\n\npartnership, if the name of the partnership is indicated in the\n\ninstrument transferring title to the property.\n\n(c) Property is presumed to be partnership property if\n\npurchased with partnership assets, even if not acquired in the name\n\nof the partnership or of one or more partners with an indication in\n\nthe instrument transferring title to the property of the person's\n\ncapacity as a partner or of the existence of a partnership.\n\n(d) Property acquired in the name of one or more of the\n\npartners, without an indication in the instrument transferring title\n\nto the property of the person's capacity as a partner or of the\n\nexistence of a partnership and without use of partnership assets, is\n\npresumed to be separate property, even if used for partnership\n\npurposes.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"34b10c17889ffa003bd34e2d43dbf4ed51c2c2ebadad73cff5db1faacece8be7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
