A partner or other person named as a\n\npartner in a filed statement of partnership authority or in a list\n\nmaintained by an agent pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 15 of\n\nthis act may file with the Secretary of State a statement of denial\n\nstating the name of the partnership and the fact that is being\n\ndenied, which may include denial of a person's authority or status\n\nas a partner.
