(a) Except as otherwise provided in\n\nsubsections (b) and (c) of this section, all partners are liable\n\njointly and severally for all obligations of the partnership unless\n\notherwise agreed by the claimant or provided by law.\n\n(b) A person admitted as a partner into an existing partnership\n\nis not personally liable for any partnership obligation incurred\n\nbefore the person's admission as a partner.\n\n(c) An obligation of a partnership incurred while the\n\npartnership is a limited liability partnership, whether arising in\n\ncontract, tort, or otherwise, is solely the obligation of the\n\npartnership.
