Stat. tit. 54, § 54-1-403","heading":"Partner's Rights and Duties with Respect to Information","body":"Partner's Rights and Duties with Respect to Information. (a) A\n\npartnership shall keep its books and records, if any, at its chief\n\nexecutive office.\n\n(b) A partnership shall provide partners and their agents and\n\nattorneys access to its books and records. It shall provide former\n\npartners and their agents and attorneys access to books and records\n\npertaining to the period during which they were partners. The right\n\nof access provides the opportunity to inspect and copy books and\n\nrecords during ordinary business hours. A partnership may impose a\n\nreasonable charge, covering the costs of labor and material, for\n\ncopies of documents furnished.\n\n(c) Each partner and the partnership shall furnish to a\n\npartner, and to the legal representative of a deceased partner or\n\npartner under legal disability:\n\n(1) without demand, any information concerning the\n\npartnership's business and affairs reasonably required for the\n\nproper exercise of the partner's rights and duties under the\n\npartnership agreement or this act; and\n\n(2) on demand, any other information concerning the\n\npartnership's business and affairs, except to the extent the demand\n\nor the information demanded is unreasonable or otherwise improper\n\nunder the circumstances.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"47ab4e12b146a08a31e7a93f33643a777562e1e4ebedf983424d29dd09f9d9d0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-402","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
