(a) A dissociated partner or the\n\npartnership may file a statement of dissociation with the Secretary\n\nof State stating the name of the partnership and that the partner is\n\ndissociated from the partnership.\n\n(b) A statement of dissociation is a limitation on the\n\nauthority of a dissociated partner for the purposes of subsection\n\n(d) and (e) of Section 15 of this act.\n\n(c) For the purposes of paragraph (3) of subsection (a) of\n\nSection 36 of this act and paragraph (3) of subsection (b) of\n\nSection 37 of this act, a person not a partner is deemed to have\n\nnotice of the dissociation ninety (90) days after the statement of\n\ndissociation is filed.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"722832403dbefddfe92fb46fa47c1496c077a4ad7504740e39b74215bcead904","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-703","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-1-705"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
