A\n\nperson that is both a general and limited partner has the rights,\n\npowers, duties, and obligations provided by the Uniform Limited\n\nPartnership Act of 2010 and the partnership agreement in each of\n\nthose capacities. When the person acts as a general partner, the\n\nperson is subject to the obligations, duties and restrictions under\n\nthe Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010 and the partnership\n\nagreement for general partners.
