Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-115A","heading":"Change of designated office or agent for service of","body":"process.\n\nCHANGE OF DESIGNATED OFFICE OR AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.\n\n(a) In order to change its designated office, agent for service\n\nof process, or the address of its agent for service of process, a\n\nlimited partnership or a foreign limited partnership may deliver to\n\nthe Secretary of State for filing a statement of change containing:\n\n(1) the name of the limited partnership or foreign limited\n\npartnership;\n\n(2) the street and mailing address of its current designated\n\noffice;\n\n(3) if the current designated office is to be changed, the\n\nstreet and mailing address of the new designated office;\n\n(4) the name and street and mailing address of its current\n\nagent for service of process; and\n\n(5) if the current agent for service of process or an address\n\nof the agent is to be changed, the new information.\n\n(b) Subject to subsection (c) of Section 24 of this act, a\n\nstatement of change is effective when filed by the Secretary of\n\nState.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"60c8a9106fc42bab6f66f5121a8bc1970be72f2c39b0a3c0fcd031fa0ec3ef1c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-114a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-116a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
