Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-205A","heading":"Signing and filing pursuant to judicial order","body":"SIGNING AND FILING PURSUANT TO JUDICIAL ORDER.\n\n(a) If a person required by the Uniform Limited Partnership Act\n\nof 2010 to sign a record or deliver a record to the Secretary of\n\nState for filing does not do so, any other person that is aggrieved\n\nmay petition the district court to order:\n\n(1) the person to sign the record;\n\n(2) the person to deliver the record to the Secretary of State\n\nfor filing; or\n\n(3) the Secretary of State to file the record unsigned.\n\n(b) If the person aggrieved under subsection (a) of this\n\nsection is not the limited partnership or foreign limited\n\npartnership to which the record pertains, the aggrieved person shall\n\nmake the limited partnership or foreign limited partnership a party\n\nto the action.
