Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-210A","heading":"Annual certificate for Secretary of State","body":"ANNUAL CERTIFICATE FOR SECRETARY OF STATE.\n\n(a) A limited partnership or a foreign limited partnership\n\nauthorized to transact business in this state shall deliver to the\n\nSecretary of State for filing an annual certificate that states:\n\n(1) the name of the limited partnership or foreign limited\n\npartnership;\n\n(2) the street, mailing address and electronic mail address of\n\nits designated office and the name and street and mailing address of\n\nits agent for service of process in this state; and\n\n(3) in the case of a foreign limited partnership, the state or\n\nother jurisdiction under whose law the foreign limited partnership\n\nis formed and any fictitious name adopted under subsection (a) of\n\nSection 500-905A of this title.\n\n(b) Information in an annual certificate must be current as of\n\nthe date the annual certificate is delivered to the Secretary of\n\nState for filing.\n\n(c) The annual certificate is due on the anniversary date of\n\nthe filing of the certificate of limited partnership or certificate\n\nof authority of a foreign limited partnership until cancellation of\n\nthe certificate of limited partnership or certificate of authority.\n\n(d) The Secretary of State shall, at least sixty (60) days\n\nbefore the anniversary date of each year, cause a notice of the\n\nannual certificate to be sent to each domestic limited partnership\n\nand each foreign limited partnership required to comply with the\n\nprovisions of this section to the last known electronic mail address\n\nof record with the Secretary of State.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a29d25003f54a7a462c34ba7ec2544062bbff867de49e210a9dd93a8de571abf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-209a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-301a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
