Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-602A","heading":"Effect of dissociation as limited partner","body":"EFFECT OF DISSOCIATION AS LIMITED PARTNER.\n\n(a) Upon a person’s dissociation as a limited partner:\n\n(1) subject to Section 62 of this act, the person does not have\n\nfurther rights as a limited partner;\n\n(2) the person’s obligation of good faith and fair dealing as a\n\nlimited partner under subsection (b) of Section 33 of this act\n\ncontinues only as to matters arising and events occurring before the\n\ndissociation; and\n\n(3) subject to Section 62 of this act and Article 11 of this\n\nact, any transferable interest owned by the person in the person’s\n\ncapacity as a limited partner immediately before dissociation is\n\nowned by the person as a mere transferee.\n\n(b) A person’s dissociation as a limited partner does not of\n\nitself discharge the person from any obligation to the limited\n\npartnership or the other partners which the person incurred while a\n\nlimited partner.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d2040a9b8e8c6eb1ddce01efc5708b9d244b3ecc126b19644c45d341bf44a3f8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-601a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-603a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
