Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-811A","heading":"Appeal from denial of reinstatement","body":"APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF REINSTATEMENT.\n\n(a) Within thirty (30) days after denial of its application for\n\nreinstatement, the limited partnership may appeal from the denial of\n\nreinstatement by petitioning the district court to restore its good\n\nstanding.
