Stat. tit. 54, § 54-500-906A","heading":"Revocation of certificate of authority","body":"REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.\n\nThe Secretary of State shall revoke a certificate of authority\n\nof a foreign limited partnership to transact business in this state\n\nif the foreign limited partnership does not:\n\n(1) pay, within sixty (60) days after the due date, any fee due\n\nto the Secretary of State under the Uniform Limited Partnership Act\n\nof 2010 or other law;\n\n(2) deliver, within sixty (60) days after the due date, its\n\nannual certificate required under Section 28 of this act;\n\n(3) appoint and maintain an agent for service of process as\n\nrequired by subsection (b) of Section 14 of this act; or\n\n(4) deliver for filing a statement of a change under Section 15\n\nof this act within thirty (30) days after a change has occurred in\n\nthe name or address of the agent.","path":["OK Code","Title 54"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os54.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1ac050fb73243993e751b77d0e837efaa48a23b1674715b615d70fc4182dc254","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-905a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-54-54-500-907a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
