Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1010.8A","heading":"Medicaid Health Improvement Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the\n\n\"Medicaid Health Improvement Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received from the premium tax levied on\n\ncontracted entities under paragraph 2 of subsection A of Section 624\n\nof Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes and such other funds as may be\n\nprovided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nAuthority for the following purposes:\n\n1. To supplement the state Medicaid program;\n\n2. To supplement the Supplemental Hospital Offset Payment\n\nProgram; and\n\n3. To supplement the Rate Preservation Fund created in Section\n\n5020A of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 56"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os56.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"03dcf6d8e4cd40e1843fec16953501a890d026385dfa8e50c41a231c5b62a5dc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-1010.22","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-56-56-1011.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
