The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall develop and\n\nimplement, as funds become available, a durable medical equipment\n\nretrieval program that will allow the Authority to:\n\n1. Retrieve durable medical equipment, purchased with Medicaid\n\nfunds, from the Medicaid consumers who no longer utilize the\n\nequipment; and\n\n2. Donate such equipment to community-based programs that will\n\ndistribute the equipment to individuals who are disabled or elderly.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board shall promulgate\n\nrules and establish procedures necessary to implement the program\n\nestablished in this section.\n\nC.
