Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1011.13","heading":"Nursing Facility Supplemental Payment Program","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to be designated the\n\n\"Nursing Facility Supplemental Payment Program Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of:\n\n1. All monies received by the Authority from nonstate\n\ngovernmental organizations pursuant to the Nursing Facility\n\nSupplemental Payment Program;\n\n2. Any interest or penalties levied and collected in\n\nconjunction with the administration of this act; and\n\n3. All interest attributable to investment of money in the\n\nfund.\n\nB. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority for\n\nthe purposes of:\n\n1. Transferring funds for the state share of supplemental\n\npayments for the Oklahoma Medicaid Program;\n\n2. Transferring funds for the state share of administrative\n\nexpenses incurred by the Authority or its agents and employees in\n\nperforming the activities authorized by the Nursing Facility\n\nSupplemental Payment Program; or\n\n3. Transferring funds for the maintenance of nursing facility\n\nreimbursement rates; provided, such transfers shall only include\n\nfunds remaining after the transfers authorized by paragraphs 1 and 2\n\nof this subsection.\n\nC. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nD.
