Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1011.14","heading":"Penalties and interest for failing to timely pay","body":"The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall promulgate\n\nadministrative rules that govern the assessment of penalties and\n\ninterest against any nonstate governmental organization that fails\n\nto timely pay the full amount of a quarterly intergovernmental\n\ntransfer; provided, however, that the penalty assessed shall not\n\nexceed five percent (5%) of the quarterly amount not paid on or\n\nbefore the due date.
