Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1011.7","heading":"Plan to implement alternatives for long-term care","body":"The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall develop and administer\n\na plan for the implementation of alternatives for long-term care.\n\nThe plan shall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. The continued development and funding of community-based\n\noptions throughout the State of Oklahoma;\n\n2. The establishment of a cash and counseling program that\n\nfocuses on increasing personal responsibility, efficiency in\n\nutilization, and consumer satisfaction. The program shall include:\n\na. provisions ensuring that existing benefits shall not\n\nbe terminated or decreased as a result of the\n\ndevelopment of the cash and counseling program,\n\nb. provisions ensuring that consumers receive a monthly\n\nbudget based on the needs of that individual,\n\nc. authority for consumers to use the budget to obtain\n\npersonal care services and make home modifications to\n\nsuit the needs of the individual, and\n\nd. counselors available to work with consumers to develop\n\nand revise individual budgets;\n\n3. The establishment of a program providing for state\n\nincentives to Oklahoma citizens for long-term care planning; and\n\n4.
