The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall take into\n\nconsideration the unique medical and functional needs of members\n\nwith complex physical disabilities when preparing or adjusting its\n\nbudget.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall provide coverage\n\nfor specialty provider services, specialized equipment, and supplies\n\nfor people with complex physical disabilities. Such coverage shall\n\ntake into consideration the unique medical and functional needs of\n\npeople with complex physical disabilities by:\n\n1. Identifying a means by which to recognize people with\n\ncomplex physical disabilities through ID codes and/or billing\n\nmodifiers;\n\n2. Determining current procedure terminology billing codes that\n\nrecognize specialized provider care and preserve a specialized rate\n\nwhich will ensure access to care;\n\n3. Identifying criteria required to establish qualifications as\n\na specialty provider; and\n\n4.
