The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall study and recommend\n\ncoverage for prosthetic devices and orthotic devices for Medicaid-\n\neligible individuals. The study shall include the review of payment\n\nrates necessary to provide the benefit. The study shall be filed\n\nwith the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the\n\nSenate no later than December 31, 2011.\n\nB.
