Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1018","heading":"Reductions in planned services – Prospective application","body":"only.\n\nA. As used in this section, \"contracted community-based service\n\nprovider\" means any entity contracted by the Department of Human\n\nServices, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, or any private person\n\nproviding the support, or promotion of support, for a service\n\nrecipient to remain in such person's home or residence and shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to, entities and persons providing\n\npersonal support, professional support, case management,\n\ntransportation services and services through a Home and Community-\n\nBased Waiver or ADvantage Waiver as defined by Title XIX of the\n\nSocial Security Act, Section 1915(c).\n\nB. Beginning on the effective date of this act, any reductions\n\nin planned services provided by a contracted community-based service\n\nprovider shall comply with the following:\n\n1. All reductions in planned services shall be applied\n\nprospectively and shall not be changed retroactively. Any prior\n\nauthorized services rendered under the current plan shall be\n\nreimbursed; and\n\n2.
