Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1025.4","heading":"Violations and penalties","body":"Any violation of the provisions of Sections 11 through 13 of\n\nthis act shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction or plea of\n\nguilty or nolo contendere, shall be punishable by a fine of not less\n\nthan Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), but not to exceed One Thousand\n\nDollars ($1,000.00).
