Stat. tit. 56, § 56-1026.1","heading":"Developmental Disability Services Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Human Services to be designated the\n\n“Developmental Disability Services Revolving Fund”. The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Department from\n\nappropriations provided for the purpose of funding the state share\n\nof the following home- and community-based services waivers:\n\n1. The In-Home Supports for Adults Waiver;\n\n2. The In-Home Supports for Children Waiver;\n\n3. The Homeward Bound Waiver; and\n\n4. The Community Waiver.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nthe purpose provided for in this section.
