Stat. tit. 56, § 56-162.2","heading":"Campus police and juvenile officers - Appointment -","body":"Powers.\n\nThe Department of Human Services shall have the authority to\n\nappoint campus police for institutions, county office buildings and\n\nany other buildings and their adjacent grounds under the\n\njurisdiction of the Department, in the same manner and with the same\n\npowers as campus police appointed by governing boards of state\n\ninstitutions for higher education under the provisions of Sections\n\n360.11 through 360.14 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The\n\nDepartment may also appoint and commission juvenile officers to\n\nassist it in maintaining custody of children committed to the\n\nDepartment, and in making investigations and in prosecuting court\n\nproceedings under the provisions of Sections 233 through 236 of this\n\ntitle, relating to child support enforcement. Such officers shall\n\nhave the powers of peace officers, including the authority to serve\n\nand execute process, bench warrants and other court orders in cases\n\nin which the Department is a party or a participant.
